Project overview

Laundrify is an enterprise-grade laundry management platform and marketplace that bridges the gap between customers and local laundry merchants. The platform's ecosystem is expansive, encompassing dedicated mobile applications for both customers and partners, alongside a Next.js-powered Admin Dashboard for centralized operational oversight and analytics. Engineered with a robust full-stack architecture, the project utilizes Turborepo to efficiently manage its complex monorepo structure. The backend is powered by Node.js, functioning on a distributed system of primary APIs and background worker nodes. Relational data and complex spatial queries are handled through Supabase (PostgreSQL) leveraging PostGIS for precise location-based merchant routing, while Redis drives high-performance queue management. The ecosystem is fully integrated with enterprise third-party services, including Xendit for automated payment processing and Fonnte for real-time WhatsApp transactional notifications. Beyond application development, Laundrify showcases a rigorous approach to DevOps, server administration, and system security. The deployment pipeline runs on a custom-configured Linux environment, utilizing PM2 in cluster mode for zero-downtime process management, reverse-proxied by Nginx, and secured behind Cloudflare's strict SSL/TLS encryption and Web Application Firewall (WAF). With automated CI/CD workflows deployed via Vercel and custom bash scripts, scheduled database backups, cron-based resource monitoring, and hardened security protocols (JWT, strict rate limiting, XSS/SQLi prevention), Laundrify stands as a testament to resilient, scalable, and highly optimized software engineering.
